Pragati Scholarship Scheme

With the goal of empowering women, New Delhi established the Pragati Scholarship Scheme 2022-23 for only female students studying degree and diploma courses from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

When it comes to women's empowerment, education is a critical step. To improve their social standing, culture, and social role, education is the only weapon that can make a significant difference in their lives.

Pragati Scholarship Scheme was created to provide a significant opportunity for girls to pursue higher education while also contributing to the creation of a happy and prosperous country.

Amount Of The Award: 

For first-year admitted students, INR 50,000/- each year for four years and a maximum of three years for second-year admitted students will be awarded for educational purposes such as college fees, the purchase of computers, books, and other basic equipment.

Eligibility:

  • - Applicants must be female students.
  • - The applicant must be a first-year or second-year degree student at an AICTE-accredited institution.
  • - This scheme is only open to two girl children from a single family.
  • - The applicant's family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lacks per year. Also included is a state / UT government-certified income certificate.

    The Last Date of Application is - 31.10.2022
